The Green House
The Green House, situated on the Southern edge of Inverness adjacent to Raigmore Hospital, the Centre for Health Science and Lifescan Scotland and in close proximity to the proposed Inverness Campus development, is recognised throughout Scotland as a business Incubation Centre synonymous with new technology and innovation.
Over two floors the building houses two large open plan office suites and twenty incubation units for individual let. Incubator tenants are supported by a comprehensive range of business support, administrative and training facilities. Board Room, Meeting Room and Lecture Theatre facilities within the building are also available to external businesses for hire.
The emphasis on the building’s development has been the creation of an environment which promotes success through the provision of the correct facilities underpinned by business advice and information, financial assistance and other support services.
New Park is currently considering a number of options to enhance the existing facilities by developing additional business space.
