Cairngorm Technology Park

Purchased by New Park in 2003, Cairngorm Technology Park has been developed within an attractive rural setting on the outskirts of Aviemore. This relatively small development site currently has one 20,000 sq ft building, Spey House which is fully let.

Spey House is home to Telecoms Service Centre Ltd who operate a highly successful contact centre from the premises.

With plans for the redevelopment of Aviemore now underway and exciting developments planned for the new National Park, Cairngorm Technology Park has excellent potential for growth. New Park welcomes enquiries from potential tenant companies, large and small and is happy to collaborate in innovative development proposals.
