New Park is working in partnership with Buccleuch Property within the two Aberdeen Science Parks, using our expertise and experience to help them create a vibrant, thriving business community.

The two Parks - the Aberdeen Science and Technology Park and the Aberdeen Science and Energy Park - have enjoyed an international reputation as centres of technological excellence and innovation since they were first established by Scottish Enterprise in 1989.

Aberdeen Science and Technology Park is situated in 60 acres of parkland five miles from the city centre and close to the University of Aberdeen and Aberdeen Airport. Aberdeen Science and Energy Park is situated nearby, on a 72 acre site adjacent to the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre. Both Parks comprise a mix of bespoke single occupancy buildings and multi-occupied facilities. Between them, the multi-occupancy buildings on offer fully flexible accommodation for companies of all sizes and stages of commercial development.

The Aberdeen Science Parks have a close working relationship with Aberdeen's higher education and research institutions, including the University of Aberdeen and The Robert Gordon University. Companies also have direct access to the Aberdeen Research Consortium which includes internationally recognised research organisations such as the Macaulay Land Use Research Institute and the Rowett Institute.

The Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks accommodate over 100 companies and approximately 2,000 high-value jobs. The strategic growth plan for the Parks aims to double the number of jobs they support by 2015.
