New Park renews BEP Membership

New Park is delighted to announce its continued support of the, Midlothian based, Business Environment Partnership. The Business Environment Partnership (BEP) was established in 1998 to provide assistance with environmental management issues to businesses throughout Scotland.

BEP has since worked with SMEs throughout Scotland helping them get to grips with a wide range of sustainable development challenges. Projects have addressed issues including biodiversity; sustainable energy systems; resource use; packaging; transport; waste minimisation; stakeholder assessments and green procurement.

New Park has a strong sustainable focus running through its many business streams and has used the guidance and support of BEP on a number of occasions. New Park is currently investing in several renewable energy projects ranging from the generation of electricity from sustainable sources to carbon capturing technologies.
