MIC new office block completed

Following the purchase by New Park Midlothian Limited last summer of the Midlothian Innovation Centre, plans were drawn up to re-develop the whole site. The first stage in the implementation of this development has seen the construction of a new office block comprising 12,000 sq ft of lettable space over 3 floors, which has now been completed by Cornhill Building Services.

Given the rural location, the building has been designed to make maximum use of the light and open outlook to the Pentland Hills. With individual offices offered for sale or lease from 1,000 sq ft, fitted out to a high standard, plus ample free car parking, significant interest has been shown in the property. Occupancy of the ground floor of the property has been taken already by Arrayjet Limited, as offices and laboratories for their high quality microarray production.
