Food Innovation in Midlothian

The Food Innovation Institute (F2i), previously based at the Queen Margaret University campus in Corstorphine, Edinburgh and at Horizon Scotland, Forres has established a new base for its Scottish operation within Midlothian Innovation Centre. F2i provides food tasting services both for the commercial sector and academic research and is looking to expand the delivery of its services from within its new specially created laboratory and sensory suite.

David Miskin of F2i is delighted now to have an ideal platform from which he can deliver his services to the food industry. Tenants and staff at the Midlothian Innovation Centre have also been pleased to participate in sampling the fresh salmon and other delights.
