This is a key part of our business at New Park where its’ not all about renting space. It is also about ensuring that the people in that space are able to grow and develop.

Innovation Forss provides high quality accommodation supported by a comprehensive menu of services including advice on business planning, priorities and strategies, funding and investment, routes to market, future milestones, intellectual property and people planning.
Horizon Scotland’s business incubation process involves a mix of advice, services and support to help businesses develop and grow.
Advice: developing business ideas, business and strategic planning, intellectual property advice, marketing and general management
Services: office and lab accommodation, hot desking ‘Hatchery’, reception and telephone answering, conference and meeting rooms, photocopier, fax and scanning services
Support: mentoring, developing synergies with other tenant businesses and networking
North Highland Regeneration Fund is managed by New Park on behalf of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority and is designed to provide loan funding to pump prime business start-ups and assist the growth existing businesses.
Sárvári Research Trust specifically illustrates how New Park took an international agricultural development opportunity with enormous environmental benefit and transformed it into a solidly based and well capitalised research and commercialisation project.
